高晓笛：
（1955年）生于重庆，成都画院专职画家，国家一级美术师，第十一、十二届全国政协委员 ，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，四川省中国画学会理事，四川省中国画艺委会专委会委员，早年师从老画家朱佩君先生，学习工笔花鸟画。
Gao Xiaodi
(1955- ), born in Chongqing, is a sole duty artist of Chengdu Art Academy, an artist of national level, a committee of the 11th and 12th National People's Political Consultative Congress, a member of Chinese Artists Association, a member of Chinese Realistic Painting Academy, a c counselor of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Painting Academy, and a member of specialized Committee of Sichuan Traditional Painting Art Commission. Gao studied meticulous birds and flowers painting under the old painter Zhu Peijun in his early years.
